  6. BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The price/payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
  7. BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our user and re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
  8. BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY save the rights to terminate accounts without any notice if a user without any orders or deposits for more than 3 months since registered.
  9. Warning: Any misbehaviour or bad word with our customer support will cause your account to be suspended/banned.
  10. Warning: Spam at ticket section will cause your account to be suspended/banned.
  11. Warning: BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will take instant actions against Spammers, Fraud, Abusing or Fake news!! We have the right to reject your orders if involved with scams, misleading, political or fake news.
  12. Warning: BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will suspend or ban user who make bad review or fake review about our website at any social media or marketing platform.
  13. Warning: Negative activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
  14. Affiliate: BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will suspend or ban users without notice if there is fraud on user referral link.

  1. BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will only be used to promote your Instagram/Facebook/YouTube etc and help you boost your "Appearance" only.
  2. We DO NOT guarantee you new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for it.
  3. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of account will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded picture, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
  4. We try our best to serve QUALTY SERVICES and NON-DROP services. We apologize if have issues about this type of services.
  5. Every service without writes non drop will having drop problem, we try to put estimated % drop and for services that do not write estimated % drop It depend and will be minus or plus.
  6. The drop rate will be minus or plus from what we try on that service. It depends at your account or follower in that services.
  7. BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will refill that service that have R15/R20/R30 or service that have refill only. For service that have Non-Refill we will not refill/not refund if have drop at those service.
  8. Make sure use proper link that server request for future refill and minimum drop refill is more than 10% from quantity of order.
  9. If you want refill your order, make sure you don’t make new order for that link. we will not refill your old order if you have made new & private account.
  10. BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will not refill if you followers drop below from start count.
  11. Make sure report refill must be 2 day before expired day and maximum ticket refill is 3 times per 1 ID order.

  1. BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer & try our best estimation for start time and speed when the order will be delivered (it will take 1-48+ hour to deliver or can be more if big quantity, order overload, server update or socmed update)
  2. Wait until your order will in progress, it will take time 1-48+ hour or more to in progress (it will take 1-48+ hour to deliver or can be more if big quantity, order overload, server update, or socmed updated)
  3. Maximum order process is one month for per order (It depend to Big quantity order, Services overload, slow services, etc)
  4. This is only an estimation and BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.

  6. BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will not Cancel or Refund for private account, wrong link or change username after you submit order (Status Complete).
  7. Cheap services: Do not complaint if progress and start time is slow, status cancel or partial and get higher drop.
  8. Noted at description: This is noted for that service can be slow progress or start time during many users use that service (Do not complaint)
  9. Type status- Complete, Pending, In progress, Processing, Cancel (Full refund), Partial (charge complete only), Fail (No refund).

REFUND POLICY:


  1. Deposits are final. Balance funds are non-refundable.
  2. No refunds will be made from BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY balance, you must use it once you have deposited.
  3. You agree that once your complete payment, you will not file a dispute or a charge-back against us for any reason.
  4. If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to you or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
  5. Orders placed in BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will not be refunded or cancelled after they are placed.
  6. You will receive a refund credit to your page account if the order is non-deliverable.
  7. Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a cancel or refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it.
  8. Also, do not take any Followers/Likes from other website when you submitted any order in our website. We cannot give you correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.
  9. Warning: For orders do not put the same link at the same time in the same services or different services until that order fully completed, partial or cancel. (example, if you put an order for the same profile at the same time then it will count one order, you can't get followers for both orders)
  10. Privacy Check: Before order must check your account have in public or don't have any privacy in your order link.
  11. Order Cancellation: We can't cancel any order after submitted because our all service are processes automatically.
  12. Submit your orders carefully, Orders cannot be cancelled manually if you have any error then.
  13. Order Limit: Check before order minimum and a maximum limit of our services in the price list.

  2. Reseller: Sell with your own risk with your customer will be your own responsibility, follow the BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY term and condition (BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will not responsibility with your customers)


ACCOUNT FOR SALE:


  1. After Purchased and order complete, Non Refundable can be made.
  2. We will not responsible after that account has transferred to user.
  3. Whatever you do or any happen to that account is nothing to do with us. 


DISCLAIMER:


  1. BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.


LIABILITIES:


  1. BIRDSOCIALMEDIA.MY is in no way liable for any account / activity suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.


PRIVACY POLICY:


  1. This policy covers how we use your personal information.
  2. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
  3. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your orders.
  4. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. All information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
